PRICING

There are several factors that may affect the pricing on your project, for example: price of paint, altitude of the walls and ceilings of your home and also if you decide to paint the whole house rather than just walls. Prices are also different if your home is a new construction due to the fact that it requires more preparation and time than a repaint on a home.

Exterior painting

Single story home: $3.00 a square foot

Two Story Home: $4.00 a square foot

(We don’t paint 3 story homes, and we don’t

use transparent or semi-transparent stains

and we don’t use oil based stains).

If there are hills that will slow the job down,

additional stained elements, a lift that needs

to be rented, additional windows per

bedroom, or more than 3 colors, we will

charge additional fees.

Interior Painting

REPAINT

Walls under 12 feet: $2.50 a square foot

Walls over 12 feet: $3.00 a square foot

Walls under 12 feet including trim: $3.50

Walls + trim + ceilings: $4.00

under 12 ft

These are base rates that will increase

if there are multiple colors, if floors

have to be masked, if there are more

than two windows per bedroom,

unorthodox stairwells, sanding down

drywall, coming back if something isn’t

ready when we get there to work.
